1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2-3 stalks chopped celery
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
1 garlic clove
2 cups raw rice
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. tabasco
4 cups water
1 lb. uncooked peeled and deveined shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Slice sausage and saute. Remove from pan and add veggies to pan, cook until a little soft. Add rice, brown a little, add water, sausages, seasonings and tomatoes, let simmer 20-30 minutes. Stir shrimp in and stir until shrimp is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
