1 lb. uncooked spaghetti
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1 26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
3 oz. grated Parmesan cheese (about 3/4 cup)
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded or thinly sliced (about 2 cups)

Preheat oven to 350. Cook spaghetti and drain. In a large Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook beef; cook about 5 minutes or until brown. Add the salt, oregano, black pepper and pepper flakes. Stir in spaghetti sauce, Parmesan and the cooked spaghetti. Transfer to baking dish. Top evenly with mozzarella and bake for 30-40 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
