2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries (thawed)
4 eggs
1 1/4 Cup salad oil
3 Cups flour
2 Cups sugar
3 Tsp. cinnamon
1 Tsp. baking soda
1 Tsp. salt
1 Cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix strawberries, eggs and oil. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and nuts. Add to strawberry mixture and stir until blended. Pour into 2 greased and floured, large loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or more.
