8 to 10 med. Potatoes, cook in jacket and let cool
Peel and grate

In sauce pan mix:
1 can cream celery soup
1 stick margarine
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 cups sour cream
1 to 1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the mixture over potatoes and mix; Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle 1 cup of corn flakes on top. Keep in refrigerator 24 hrs. Bake in 350 oven for 45 min. or “till bubbly.”
