1 pound ground turkey
1 med. onion (coarsely chopped)
1 red pepper (coarsely chopped)
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 jalapeno peppers (seeded and minced)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
tsp dried oregano
tsp dried majoram
tsp red pepper flakes
tsp cinnamon
Use whatever you want, or have, in the way of spices.

Combine and cook mixture until turkey is no longer pink

1 lg. can whole tomatoes, undrained, and coarsely chopped
1 can tomato sauce

Stir in tomatoes and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes

1 can black beans, rinsed and well drained
1 can mixed beans
cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Stir in beans and cilantro. Continue cooking
For 15 minutes.

Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese
