1/8 Tsp. salt
1 Lb. unsifted powdered sugar
2 Egg yolks, unbeaten or 1 whole egg
1 Tsp. grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. milk

Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
