4 cups mashed cooked turnips
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt
4 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased casserole dish.
Dot the top with additional butter.
Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
Also good made with squash.
May be made ahead (like the day before) and reheated (works great).
