3 Tbs. Olive oil
salt & pepper
6 carrots, chopped
6 celery stalks, chopped
2 lg onions, chopped
6 14 oz cans of chicken broth
1 cup red wine
1/4 cup parsley
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbs. Worcestershire
1- 6oz can tomato paste
1 bag of lentils

Directions:
Directions:
Saute carrots, celery and onions in olive oil, salt and pepper for 15-20 minutes. Add chicken broth, red wine, parsley, garlic, Worcestershire and tomato paste. Simmer for 5 minutes and add 1 bag of lentils (rinsed). Cook about 45 min - 1 hour; season with salt and pepper to taste.
