whites of 2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Put 3 cups of sugar, 1 cup boiling water, and a pinch of cream of tartar in a pan and boil until it spins a thread. Beat the whites of 2 eggs until stiff. Add the syrup slowly. Beat until thick. Add flavoring.
