2/3 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of corn starch
3/4 cup boiling water
yolks of 2 eggs and
rind of one lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2/3 cup of sugar with 1 tablespoon of corn starch, pour 3/4 cup boiling water over this and stir until thick. Beat the yolks of 2 eggs with the juices and rind of one lemon. Stir into mixture and cook thickly as desired. Pour in baked pie shell and bake for a few minutes. Cover with meringue and brown slightly.
