3 to 4 medium-size zucchini
1 medium onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cup Bisquick
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
4 eggs
1/2 cup salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Chop zucchini into pieces. Chop onion. Add eggs, Bisquick seasonings, and oil. Place into a buttered casserole. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
