1 pkg. of yeast
1 T. Salt
1 T. Sugar
2 c. very warm water
6 cups Pl. Flour
2 T. meal

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast, salt, and sugar in warm water. Stir in flour (maybe 5 cups). Knead till elastic. Butter big bowl and brush dough with butter. Cover with damp cloth. Grease pan and sprinkle with meal. Punch dough down and divide into 2 loaves. Make indentions with knife. Brush with butter. Rise 45 minutes. Bake at 450 for 5 minutes and then 350 for 35 minutes.
