1 pound halved and blanched brussel sprouts
1 pound bacon diced
2 tablespoons butter
2 onions diced
1/2 lemon juiced and zest of lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Fry diced bacon in large fry pan until crisp. Remove bacon from pan and set aside. Add diced onions to pan, saute for a few minutes until onions are tender. Add butter and blanched brussel sprouts. Let onions and brussel sprouts caramelize about 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Stirring often so they do not burn. Once onions and brussel sprouts are caramelized add bacon and serve.
