John's Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

4 cups elbow macaroni
2 cups grated medium cheddar cheese
1 can tuna
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the macaroni in large pot of boiling, salted water until al dente.
In a casserole dish mix the drained macaroni and the cheese together.
Add the drained tuna (break the tuna into small chunks) and mix.
Pour the milk over the macaroni and cheese.
Bake in a 350 oven for 1/2 hour.

To add a bit more flavour to this you can include 1/2 cup of parmesan or asiago cheese. You don't have to add the tuna if you don't want but we like it included. We also like to sprinkle hot sauce on top when we eat it.
