1 brick cream cheese
1 c. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. jarred green olives with pimiento, drained well
1 clove garlic, minced
8 slices Prosciutto di Parma
8 slices Genoa salami
8 slices Copicolla
8 sesame bread sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, ricotta, olives and garlic in a food processor, process until smooth.

Place a piece of Prosciutto on work surface and spread with a layer of the cheese mixture, top with 1 slice of salami and then a slice Copicolla. Spread another layer of the cheese mixture. Place a bread stick at one end, and roll it up. Refrigerate to set and serve.

I usually make the cheese mixture, spread it on ONE slice of Italian meat, roll it up, and refrigerate until the party. Tooth picks not needed.
