1 lb. ground round
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/4c. low-fat cream cheese, softened
4 c. hot cooked spaghetti ( about 8oz. uncooked)
Cooking spray
1 1/3 c. shredded low-fat extra sharp cheddar

Directions:

Cook meat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well, and return meat to pan. Stir in salt, pepper and sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Combine sour cream, onions, and cream cheese in a small bowl, set aside. Place the cooked pasta in a 2 qt. casserole coated with cooking spray. Spread the sour cream mixture over the pasta, and top with meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover, and bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is bubbly.
