1 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. hot water
2 tsp. bouillon
2 T. red wine
6 oz. large shell-shaped macaroni
1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. dairy sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet (or slow-cooking pot with browning unit), cook ground beef and onion until beef is no longer red. Drain meat, place in slow-cooking pot. Stir in salt, sauce and flour. Add water, bouillon and wine; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 2 - 3 hours. In the meantime, cook macaroni. Add cooked pasta, mushrooms, and sour cream to pot; stir to mix. Cover and cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes.
