1 can black beans, drained
1 can white shoe peg corn, drained
1 can diced green chilies (1/3 cup)
1 red onion, chopped (or less)
1 small bunch cilantro
2 Tbs white wine vinegar
1 lime, juice
4-5 tomatoes, peeled and cut up
2-3 avocados, peeled and cut up
