1 3/4 c. hominy grits (cooked)
1 can chili
1 small can tomato paste or sauce
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 can whole kernel corn
1 small can chopped ripe olives
grated cheese
bacon slices

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits until done. Add other ingredients and cook on top of stove 15 minutes on low heat. Pour into baking dish top with cheese and bacon slices. Bake in oven 30 minutes at 325 or until bacon is cooked. Can add extra meat and a little chili powder. Bacon is optional - sometimes I use bacon grease.
