Crust:
1 c. warm water
1 pkg yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
2 T. oil
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour

Directions:
Mix well all ingredients. Knead 20 times. Let rise 5 minutes or more. Spread dough into 2 round greased pizza pans. Spread with tomato sauce, pizza spice, Mozzarella cheese and other toppings as desired. Bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes.
