Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 chicken breasts, cut in strips

Marinade:
1 tsp. salt,
1 tsp. sugar
1 T. soy sauce

Stir Fry:
1 T. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1-2 c. sliced vegetables (carrots, broccoli, red pepper)

Sauce:
1 T. Cornstarch
1 T. Soy sauce
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinade and add chicken. In Wok, add olive oil, onion, and vegetables. Stir fry. Cook meat mixture. Add sauce. Cook with vegetables until sauce thickens. Serve over rice. Sprinkle with salted almonds.
