6 large cucumbers, 6 large tomatoes, 1 block of sharp cheddar cheese, 2 cans of black olives, canola oil, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic salt, pepper. Very large bowl!

Peel cucumbers and cut into bite size pieces. Cut tomatoes, cheese, and drained olives into bite size pieces also. Place into a large bowl. Now these are guesstimates because i do this by memory but, add approx. 1 c. oil and 1/2 c to 1 c. vinegar. Now I add the prepared mustard garlic salt and pepper to taste. Its supposed to be pretty tangy. Use your own judgement!

I can remember my mom making this for holidays ever since I was little. I learned how to make it by taste from her and now my kids are doing the same. All the Dupre's and Daniel's love this recipe. We could actually eat this as a main course, we love it that much!
