4 C chicken stock or broth
1 large chopped onion
4 ribs chopped celery
2 Pints of Whipping Cream
2 C diced potatoes
C chopped carrots
t Basil
t salt
t white pepper
2 T Flour
stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in butter until the veggies are soft. Add basil, salt and white pepper. Cook five minutes then add flour. Cook five more minutes stirring often, then add all remaining ingredients and cook until all ingredients are soft (Approx 40 mins).
