1 lb hamburger (browned and drained)
16 oz can of diced tomatoes
6 oz can tomato paste
1 large onion (finely chopped)
1 large green pepper (finely chopped)
1 large Jalapeno pepper (finely chopped)
4 cans of red kidney beans
2 C spicy V8 juice
2 cans of beef broth
3 T chili powder
1 T cumin
1 T oregano
t basil
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown hamburger and drain. Add onions, green pepper and garlic along with spices and simmer until onions are soft. Add beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, V-8 juice, beef broth and all the cooked ingredients. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes and then simmer for 20 minutes.

After browning meat and veggies, you can place all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on high heat for 4 to 6 hours.
