6 boiled eggs
6 medium tomatoes
2 medium onions
1 T Salt
1 T Pepper
2/3 C olive oil
1/3 C vinegar




Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs, peel and quarter. Cut onion into small pieces or rings. Peel and cut tomatoes into small pieces. Combine eggs, onions and tomatoes. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over mixture. Chill for two hours before serving.
