3 lb. Venison or Beef cut into 1/4 inch thick
C Soy Sauce
C Worchestershire Sauce
1 T Accent
1 T Season Salt
1 T Garlic Salt
1 T Onion Powder
1 T Cajun Seasoning
T Black Pepper
Dash liquid smoke
Dash Red Pepper (to taste)

Mix ingredients and marinate for at least 12 hours. Place strips on grill and cook on lowest setting for 4-6 hours with lid propped open slightly. Store in zip-lock plastic bags.
