2 lb hamburger
2 ribs celery (finely chopped)
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
1 medium green pepper (finely chopped)
8 oz can of diced tomatoes
8 oz can tomato sauce
8 oz water
cup dark chili powder
1 t garlic salt
1 t onion salt
1 t salt
1 t paprika
1 t cumin
1 t oregano
1 T brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown hamburger, onions, green pepper and celery. Add remaining ingredients mix well and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins.

After browning meat and veggies, you can place all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on medium heat for 4 to 6 hours.
