Two 12-15 lb. turkeys (Be sure to thaw completely and trim excess fat)
Injection sauce for two turkeys:
Melt two sticks of butter
1 bottle of onion juice
1 bottle of garlic juice
16 oz bottle of Italian dressing (Paul Newmans if available)
3 T liquid shrimp boil (Zatarans)
Dash Texas Pete

Directions:
Directions:
Wash turkeys thoroughly. Inject mixture into turkeys at least 12 hours before frying. Coat the outside and cavity with Cajun or Creole seasoning. Refrigerate or place in cool place. Heat peanut oil to 350 degrees. Gently lower turkey into oil and cook 3.5 minutes per pound of turkey.
