3 c. cut rhubarb
10 marshmallows, halved
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Arrange rhubarb in bottom of a 10 skillet. Add marshmallows and 3/4 cup sugar. Make cake batter: Cream shortening and 1 cup sugar. Add eggs, beat thoroughly. Add sifted dry ingredients alternatley with milk. Pour the batter over the rhubarb. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
