1 can creascent rolls, 2 if thicker crust is desired
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 1/2 c. frozen hash browns
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: onion, green pepper, mushrooms
7 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Press rolls intoo greased jellyroll pan. Add sausage, hash browns, cheese, and options. Drizzle egg mixture over pizza. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375. Can be made night before and baked the next morning. Can freeze leftover individual pieces and pop into microwave to reheat.
