48 Hershey kisses
1/2 c shortening
3/4 c cream peanut butter
1/3 c granulated sugar
1/3 c packed light brown sugar
1 egg
2 t milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Beat shortening and peanut butter in large bowl Add 1/3 c granulated and brown sugar; beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt, beat gradually into mixture

Shape dough in 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 until cookies light brown. Immediately press a kiss chocolate into center of cookies
