6 oz can orange juice concentrate
3 oz pkg orange jello
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup lemon juice
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost orange juice concentrate. Dissolve jello in the
1/2 cup boiling water. and stir until jello is dissolved. Add 1/2 cup lemon juice and the orange juice concentrate. Stir quickly to combine.
Pour 1/2 the gelatin on a 5-6 cup mold. refrigerate. Chill remainder of jello if it is not of heavy syrupy consistency.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl place 8 oz of cream cheese. Gradually add 1 cup heavy cream. When cheese and cream are well combined, increase speed and beat until fluffy. Add second 1/2 of jello gradually to cream and cheese mixture and stir gently to combine. Turn into mold and refrigerate until firm. Serve.
