15 to 18 large mushrooms
1 4 1/2 oz can devilled ham
3tbsp. minced onion
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 cup fine soft bread crumbs
15 to 18 melba-toast rounds

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms and remove stems

Chop stems finely and mix with devilled ham, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and bread crumbs.

Set caps, under side up, in a shallow greased baking pan. Fill with ham mixture, mounding slightly.

Put pan about 6 inches under broiler and broil about 8 minutes or until nicely browned.

Serve very hot on melba toast rounds.
