6 egg yolks
2/3c. sifted icing sugar
1c. brandy
2c. heavy cream
2c.milk
6 egg whites
1/8tsp. salt
Grated nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until lemon colored and fluffy.

Add sugar gradually, beating well after each addition and continuing to beat until sugar is well dissolved.

Add brandy, cream and milk very slowly, beating constantly. Chill well.

Beat egg whites and salt until stiff at serving time. Fold into egg-yolk mixture.

Serve in punch cups sprinkled with nutmeg.
