Egg Roll Recipe

2 cups flour
2 Tbl corn starch
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups cold water
1 egg

1/2 lb bbq pork
1 lb bean sprouts
5 stalks celery
1 large onion
2 or 3 pieces of bamboo shoots
2 tsp accent
1 Tbl salt

Pour boiling water over bean sprouts. Let stand 1 minute. Drain.

Braise shredded meat and remaining vegetables in hot oil.

Mix all ingredients then fry in hot oil like omelet, very thin.

Put 1 tsp sprouts and about 2 tsp mixture in centre of pancake. Fold in sides and roll gluing together with flour and water paste or egg.

Deep fry.

Serve with plum or sweet and sour sauce.
