Rum Cake Recipe

Ingredients:  
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup rum

Directions:
Directions:
Pour cake mix and pudding into bowl. Add eggs, oil and water, mixing well after each addition. Add rum and mix well. Pour batter on top of 1 cup chopped pecans in greased angel food cake pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

Remove cake from pan when cool. Poke holes in cake with a fork or toothpick. Pour glaze slowly over top of cake.

Glaze:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup rum

Bring butter and sugar to boil. Hold for 5 minutes.
Then slowly add 1/2 cup rum. Stir well and pour over cake.
