1/2 chicken cooked and deboned and shredded.
1/3 c. margarine
1 onion, chopped
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1/2 chicken (breast or legs) until chicken comes easily off bone. Save broth. Debone, and shred meat. Melt margarine and saute onion. Add, bouillon, curry, flour. Stir in chicken broth. Cook until thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice with condiments (chopped apple, banana, pineapple, tomato, green pepper, coconut, raisins, peanuts). This is a good group meal where each guest brings a different condiment.
