2-3 sweet potatoes
cinnamon
salt
1 T. flour
1 T. cornstarch
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick margarine
marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut up sweet potatoes add cinnamon, salt - cover slightly with water and cook until almost done - (check doneness with fork) add margarine - take potatoes out of pan. In another pan, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, 1/2 stick margarine - stir in pan then add your liquid from potatoes - 1 cup at a time, add 1/2 c. brown sugar - let cook 5-10 minutes - it should candy - pour over yams add marshmallows - if cooking for a group you will need to make more.
