20 c. popped corn (1 c. dry)
1 c. margarine
2 c. brown sugar (or 1 c. white and 1 c. brown)
1/2 c. corn syrup or molasses (miel de cana at Mercadona)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. salted peanuts, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan melt margarine and add brown sugar, 1/2 c. corn syrup or molasses and salt. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add baking soda. Stir and pour over popcorn (and 1 cup salted peanuts, if desired). Bake at 200°F for 1 hour on cookie sheets stirring every 15 minutes. Store in covered containers.
