1 pkg. yeast or 1 Tbsp. yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
1 egg (whipped)
1/2 c. warm tomato juice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. melted shortening
1 tsp. celery salt
1 Tbsp. grated onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine: Egg, tomato juice, brown sugar, melted shortening, celery salt and onions. Add yeast. Add 2 1/2 cups flour.
Mix.
Let dough rise until double in bulk.
Divide and make into wedges. Roll up ham, roast beef or turkey in the dough. Place on greased cookie sheet and rise for 1 hour.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Great to dip in mustard, Cula's dressing or ranch. Great for the deer, elk or moose hunts to pack on your four-wheelers or horses.
