1/2 lb. cleaned fresh spinach
1 can mandarin oranges, drained (Mercadona)
1 medium sweet onion, chopped
6 slices of bacon

Sweet and Sour Dressing:
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. olive oil
1 tsp. of celery seed or poppy seeds
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
For dressing: Combine sugar, vinegar in saucepan. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Chill several hours before using. Combine salad ingredients and toss. Add dressing.
