1 (9oz) package frozen spinach
1 can marinated artichoke, chopped
8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
3/4 cup shredded, fresh parmesean cheese
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 stick butter
1 cup monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter until almost see through. Add ingredients one at a time mixing and blending well after each addition. Add in this order:
spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, artichokes.
Remove from heat and put in dish; top with monterey jack cheese
