1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Chocolate stars or chocolate kisses

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar and add egg milk and vanilla. Sift together flour soda and salt. Add to peanut butter mixture and mix together. Form into balls and roll in sugar. Bake 375º for 8 minutes. Place a star or kiss in the middle of each and bake for 2- 5 minutes longer.
