2 med. zucchini - coarsely grated
8 oz. cheddar cheese - grated
4 eggs - beaten
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix zucchini and cheese together first and then add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased pie dish and bake at 400 for about 35 minutes.
