1 c. diced mango
1 tsp. chopped dill
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/3 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients, except olive oil, in a blender. Blend until smooth with blender running, slowly add oil. Makes about 1 1/2 c.
Variation: Substitute raspberry or blackberry for mango. Don't put the dill if you use the berries.
