3 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 lb. boneless top sirloin roast, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 T. vegetable oil (or sunflower)
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 c. beef broth
cooked noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Shake to mix. Add beef cubes; seal bag and shake until meat is coated. Brown beef in hot oil in a large pot/dutch oven, stirring often. Add onion and cook until tender. Add broth. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over egg noodles.

* I have also made this in the crock pot by coating the beef tips as indicated and mixing everything in the crock pot and cooking on low for 6 hours.
