8 double saltines
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. butter
1-2 T. oil
3 small chicken breast halves, cut into strips

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in butter than in crumbs (combine first 4 ingredients). Fry in 1-2 T. oil, 10-15 minutes or until brown.
