4 large or 5 medium bananas
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 c. flour (1 1/4 c. while 3/4 c. whole wheat)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas (or pureÚ in blender). Add egg, sugar, and oil; mix. Add dry ingredients and mix until blended. Pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 350║ F for 50-60 minutes.
