8 oz. cream cheese, softened (225 g.)
3 T. mayo
2 T. milk
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 each red and green peppers, chopped
8 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. sour cream (in Spain Quark is fine)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and peppers in oil; set aside. Combine cream cheese, mayo and milk. Add sautéed vegetables, bacon and sour cream. Bake in a glass pie plate at 350º F for 20-30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
