1 1/2 to 2 lb ground turkey
2 eggs
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 stick of butter
about a cup of chicken broth
1 onion diced
1 carrot diced or shredded
1 zucchini diced or shredded
1 stalk of celery diced or shredded
fresh herbs sage, parsley, and thyme
poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In a saute pan melt butter and saute veggies until soft. Add fresh herbs cook a couple of minutes remove from heat allowing enough time for mixture to cool to room temperature.
In a large bowl mix ground turkey bread, eggs and poultry seasoning with salt and pepper. Add cooled veggie mixture to bowl add chicken broth if needed mixture should come together and be sticky to touch. Grease a loaf pan with olive oil and bake covered in a 350 oven for 45 minutes the last 10 -15 minutes remove foil. Let rest a few minutes before serving. Serve with cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes.

I really enjoy this meatloaf it taste like Thanksgiving. You can remove the butter all together and just saute the veggies with chicken broth.
